Workout of the Week Ep. 10: Prone Paddles

Our surge training workout series continues with Dr. Chris Zaino demonstrating how to do Prone Paddles. Prone Paddles are done laying face down with your arms and legs stretched out like super man. You are then going to “paddle” your arms up and down and kick your legs like you are swimming. This exercise works your front deltoids, hamstrings, glutes and lower back.
